Taxes & service charges

Room rates are in USD per room per night and include 10% service charge and 17% TGST. Green tax of USD 6 per person per night is additional as stated in the hotel contract; applicable exemptions and the final amount are confirmed with your quotation. Transfers, extra guests and compulsory festive dinners are charged separately. Government tax changes may alter the final total.

Transfers

Scheduled shared one-way transfers per person: speedboat USD 81.25 for adults and children; domestic flight plus speedboat USD 283.64 per adult and USD 189.89 per child; seaplane direct to Kamadhoo USD 263.25 per adult and USD 131.63 per child. Children are 2-11.99 years; infants under 2 are free under the supplied terms. These are one-way prices, not return fares. Private transfers are quoted on request. Confirm schedules, baggage allowances and final transfer arrangements with Tripelor before payment. Flight details are required at least 72 hours before arrival.

Cancellation

The supplied cancellation schedule states: 14 or more days before arrival, no charge; 7-14 days, 50% of the invoice; 0-7 days, 100%. The schedule overlaps at exactly 7 and 14 days, so Tripelor will obtain the hotel's written cancellation deadline for your booking before payment. No-shows and early departures are charged 100%, including booked accommodation, meals, transfers and taxes. Festive-season date changes and amendments are treated as cancellations.

Payment

Bookings are requests until Tripelor receives the hotel's written confirmation. Full payment is required at least 7 days before arrival; bookings within 7 days require immediate payment on confirmation. A minimum 3-night stay applies from 20 December 2026 to 10 January 2027. Compulsory Christmas Eve dinner on 24 December: USD 50 per adult and USD 25 per child. Compulsory New Year's Eve dinner on 31 December: USD 62.50 per adult and USD 31.25 per child. Infants under 2 are free. Gala supplements apply regardless of meal plan and are additional to the displayed room rate. Extra services are payable at the hotel. All supplements and the final total will be itemised before payment.

Families & extra beds
